How to build a plan that fits the week you actually have
Save My Free SeatNew plan on a Monday. Good for two weeks. Then work blows up, a kid gets sick, you miss three days, and the whole thing falls apart. So you wait for the next Monday. Or the next January.
Meanwhile you're dragging by 3 PM, your jeans feel tighter than they did last year, and you're starting to wonder if this is just how it's going to be now.
It's not.
Starting over isn't a willpower problem. You're one of the most disciplined people you know. You show up for everyone.
It's a plan problem. Most plans are built for someone with an empty calendar and nobody depending on them. That's not you, so of course they break.
You'll leave with a simple structure you can start the next morning.

No shame and no punishment workouts. Just an honest plan built around the life you already have.
