This policy explains what information Premier Health & Lifestyle ("we," "us") collects through procoachjoe.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Premier Health & Lifestyle is a d/b/a of Shanley Performance Group, LLC.
What we collect
We collect these categories of personal information:
- Identifiers and contact information. Your name, email, phone number, and your answers when you take the Energy & Confidence Scorecard, book a call, fill out an intake form, or message us.
- Health and wellness information you choose to share (sensitive information). If you become a client, the goals, habits, training, nutrition, and progress details you share with your coach.
- Commercial information. Programs you buy and payment history. Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.
- Internet activity. Like most sites, ours collects standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and cookies that help the site and forms work.
How we use it
- To send your Scorecard results and follow-up emails about coaching.
- To schedule and run your Strategy & Structure Session and coaching.
- To send appointment reminders and respond to your messages.
- To process payments and keep business records.
- To improve our website and coaching.
We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Text messages (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your Scorecard, appointments, coaching, and offers, updates, and promotions from Premier Health & Lifestyle. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
We don't share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
We share personal information with service providers that help us operate the business, including our CRM and email platform, scheduling and video tools, coaching app, payment processor, analytics providers, and communications providers. These providers process information on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own independent marketing. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Health information
We use what you share about your health, habits, and goals to coach you. We limit access to it to your coach and the service providers who need it to deliver coaching. We're a wellness coaching business, not a healthcare provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your information as long as we need it to coach you, keep business records, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information. We may retain information when reasonably necessary for legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legitimate business purposes.
Your choices
- Emails: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- Texts: reply STOP.
- Access, correction, or deletion: email [email protected].
Your Privacy Choices and California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
- Request deletion of your personal information, subject to the exceptions above.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell or share it.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide coaching.
- Not be treated differently for using these rights.
How to submit a request: email [email protected] with "Privacy Request" in the subject line. We'll confirm we received your request within 10 business days, verify your identity by confirming details we already have, and respond within 45 calendar days. You can use an authorized agent if you give them written permission.
Children
This site and our coaching are for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
